Tent & Porter Service
Let us pamper you with our Tent & Porter Service!
Each day, our porters will set up and take down your tent, provide door-to-door luggage service, and have a comfy chair waiting for you in camp. This leaves you more time to relax, grab a snack or beverage, socialize, stretch or enjoy the local area.
How it works:
By 1 p.m. every afternoon, your tent, your bags and your chair will be set up and waiting for your arrival from the day’s ride. Your tent will be individually marked for your convenience.
At 7:45 each morning, a porter will begin dismantling your tent and will transport it to the next campsite for you to enjoy again.
Tent Service includes:
- A 3- to 4-person tent that is suitable for 1-2 people.
- One or two chairs.
- Personal baggage delivery and pick up from your tent.
This service does NOT include a sleeping bag or pad. You will need to bring these items along with you in your baggage.
This service is limited to the first 25 riders (or pairs) who sign up. If two of you are sharing a tent, only one needs to sign up for the Tent & Porter Service.
The Tent & Porter Service is optional and you may register for it at the same time you register for our 2017 rides. If you missed signing up for the Tent & Porter Service at registration, just e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if we still have availability. We will reserve a tent for you and ask that you mail a check.
Fee: $400 for this weekly service.
Would you like to relax in a comfortable chair after a great day in the saddle? With our Chair Service, you may lounge in comfort and not have to worry about sitting on the ground or stuffing your chair in your baggage.
How it works:
Once you arrive in camp, drop by and pick up your chair. The chairs will be individually marked for your convenience. Be sure to return the chair to us by 7:45 the following morning and we will transport it to the next campsite for you to use again.
This service is limited to the first 70 riders who sign up.
This Chair Service is optional and you may register for it at the same time you register for our 2017 rides. If you missed signing up for the service at registration, just e-mail us at email@example.com to see if we still have some available. We will reserve a chair for you and ask that you mail a check in to us.
Fee: $25 for this weekly service.
Bike Detail Service
Does your bike need a little clean up? Our mechanic crew from Sunnyside Sports is proud to offer their Pro-Clean Service! They will give your bike a top-to-bottom and front-to-back cleaning, including the drive train, so you can say good-bye to those stubborn marks. The Pro-Clean Service uses non-destructive degreasers that are friendly to your bike and the environment.
Reservations, subject to availability, may be made directly with our mechanics at camp.
Fee: $30 for bicycles and $45 for tandems and recumbents. Payment is due at time of service and will be paid directly to Sunnyside (cash, check or credit card).

Riding 70 miles a day calls for a little extra love for your muscles and joints, and a massage can be a luxurious and healthy way to recover and relax for the next day. We are pleased to offer massage services with excellent therapists. Massages can be arranged before the trip or during the trip, but keep in mind that spots fill up quickly!
